WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Currently, due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as efforts to protect our customers and staff, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If an item is defective, please email us and we will be more than happy to assist you. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

When will my order ship?

DUE TO COVID-19 STANDARD SHIPPING TIME MAY BE DELAYED

All orders are shipped AFTER they have been through processing. Please allow us up to 4-5 business days for processing all orders. Orders generally take about 3 days processing depending on order volume. This excludes custom orders and orders placed during our major sales and promotions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all our customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All packages require a signature. We recommend providing a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Can I make changes to my order?

To insure the quickest delivery, all orders are processed daily. Therefore, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. We cannot refund orders once your place your order.

 Does Lavish Life Luxury Hair ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All our orders are subject to signature confirmation therefore, it must be a residential or business address. If any order has a P.O. Box, the order will be cancelled.

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during the checkout process once your order has been processed. You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

My order was lost or stolen. How do I get a refund?

Lavish Life Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.

 DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We are sorry, that option is not available at this time.

 I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

A 15% Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Lavish Life Hair cover the cost of my hair appointment and/or cancellation fees?

No, Lavish Life Luxury Hair will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming all hair appointment and services.

I placed an order and forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed, discount codes maybe not applied afterwards. We will not issue

a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.

If I order online, can I pick up at the store?

We are sorry, this option is not available at this time.

Will Lavish Life Luxury Hair cover the cost of the installation of the hair I purchased?

No. Lavish Life Luxury Hair is not responsible for any and all costs associated with the installation of the products purchased on this website and in store.
