Returns & Exchanges

No Exchanges or Refunds

Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. Therefore, we encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Any order placed with Lavish Life Luxury Hair Boutique is eligible for store credit only within 15 days of the delivery date, as long as the order remains in its original condition. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund other than for a store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, the hair can not be removed from its original packaging, washed, brushed, finger-combed, installed, chemically processed, bleached, colored, or tampered with in any way. We are not responsible if you or your stylist damage the hair due to over-processing or incorrectly bleaching or dying the hair. Please delicately inspect the hair extensions upon receipt. Once the lace on closures, frontals, and wigs is cut, it will no longer be eligible for return for store credit. 

We are not accepting exchanges. If you want to exchange your items for another product, you must return your original order first, then place a new order.  

To start a return, please email us at info@lavishlifehair.com, including your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you are returning. Once you have done so, we will email you with return instructions. All items must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and untampered with. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit. Please allow up to 5 business days once your order has been received to receive a store credit. Items can be returned at our Louisville location. Orders returned without written email notification or without using the provided Lavish Life Hair return label will not be accepted.

Shipping & Processing

 

You will typically receive your order within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Processing takes up to 1-3 business days. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Hair is only shipped when your payment has processed.

All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends, even if it’s next day shipping. Your order will arrive the following business day. 

We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days. Sometimes during sales and events we may need additional processing time. Please email us with any questions about your order.

Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

To insure a quick delivery, all orders are Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. We cannot refund orders that have already been shipped.

Yes, all orders require a signature upon delivery of your package. No Exceptions.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses.  If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all our customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery of your package, therefore, it must be a residential or business address. If any order has a P.O. Box, the order will be cancelled. 

We recommend providing a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday.
